Xobni for Outlook now in public beta - Matt Brezina makes it official

Quick post during lunch (Moussaka and pita…)

Well I was in the private beta for Xobni for Outlook a while back. I found it quite unstable running on Outlook 2007 connected to an Exchange 2003 corporate network, but I’m guessing that now that the public version is available it’ll be a bit more refined and better behaved.

Xobni is an extremely interesting an invaluable add-on for Outlook that allows a user to see the social graph associated with their Outlook contacts. Ill definitely be testing it once again, but using a standard POP/SMTP email server rather than an Exchange server to start off…
