Well, I was checking into the various Virtual Private Servers as well as Managed Hosting Services, Dedicated Servers and the like offered by DataRacks…. when I clicked on all of their services and wound up with some strange SoftDRM License Error on all the server detail pages - not too good for business! Perhaps just a payment glitch on their part for SoftDRM.
I wonder if it affects their clients!

I do not like how they handle things…
Their site is very nice looking and professional, but customer service is HORRIBLE and I think it is like ONE person running the whole thing….

Their services have been down for a while… it is almost January and still NOTHING!
