Now, I wouldn’t buy an 802.11g wireless system at this point since the IEEE 802 group ratified draft 2.0 of the 802.11n protocol a little while ago, and N provides far higher throughput (and range) then A/B/G.

That being said, this is a good deal for $50 with free shipping at Staples / Bureau en Gros. It includes 3 fixed switched ethernet ports, and 2 phone (RJ11) ports for use with a VOIP provider – it’s locked to Vonage Canada Vonage Canada, so make sure to get the Linksys WRT54GP2 Unlocking code. This will allow you to use it with VOIP providers other than Vonage, if you wish. Caveat emptor: I haven’t tested the unlocking system, since I’m running on 802.11n gear.
A great buy… It’s $73 at DirectDial, and $89 at BestBuy Canada – try a price match there.
