Daniel Tessier, 42, succumbed to his injuries while on a drug raid in Brossard, Quebec. He was with the Laval Police force and had been on the drug squad for just 10 days. He leaves in mourning his wife, 12 and 10 year old daughters as well as many shocked colleagues who have yet to come to terms with the loss of Valérie Gignac in December 2005.
Alors, pourquoi faire un site pour un policier que nous ne connaissons pas… du tout, à part le fait qu’il est mort en exerçant ses fonctions?
This is my technical and pro blog, so I’ll answer the above sociological question over at my family and personal site… but suffice it to say it’s for the same reasons as for Alexandre Morin, Valerie Gignac, Laura Gainey, Maurice Ruel and a few others. Because it’s (technically) pretty easy… the SEO and SEM work is good practice – and it’s for a good cause.
If anyone is interested in the SEO/SEM information on how we got traffic very fast to these memorial sites, leave a comment and I’ll try and find time to put up a quick post on the methods… (without giving away the business secrets altogether.. )
